Retired and Just Tired

Yesterday was was my mom’s last day at work, for the past 20 years or so she has worked for the school district and yesterday she retired. Her friends/co-workers gave her a great send off, I have no doubt she will be missed and that she will miss them. Part of yesterday’s fun was a decorated car informing the world she had just retired (which I was lucky enough to get to ride in) and a small get together with food and fun. Avery and I went to join in the fun and have some food.

 It was perfect, good food, and good friends and a lot of laughs. Avery even got to see another baby.

 I think everybody had a great time, after the party my mom is officially retired and Avery was just tired!
